"AC went out first night. Maintenance came to check and agreed that it was broken. Said he would go let the front desk know. He never did. After waiting an hour I went to the front desk and told them. Finally got us into another room but that AC wouldn't get down below 71. It was cheap but wouldn't stay there again. You also have to pay to park."

"Upon first seeing the hotel, you noticed that they need some outside repairs.But once you get inside, it is beautiful. Our room was nice and spacious.It was cleaned every day.The amenities were great and the proximity to the beach, even better. I would definitely stay here again"

"It’s just the most convenient place to stay when going through San Juan but catchigg no a plane the next day. It is clean and serviceable. Small rooms. If you have lots of bags consolidate essentials into one and leave others at the desk."
