"Staff was really nice. Clean room and facilities, comfortable bed. Rooms were dated but very clean. Parking was great we had 2 cars amd the property owner did not have an issue with that. This is not a 5 star hotel but if you are looking for something clean and afordable this is a great choice. Stayed for the Round Top antique show 3 nights"

"Stay if you like the sound of crickets IN YOUR ROOM. Asked for someone to come remove bugs, no one came. Had to stuff towels under the door to try and keep bugs from entering and had to ask for a tub plug to keep bugs from coming up through the drain."

"We chose this B&B in part because of it's location to the venue we were going to in the evening. The check-in was very easy. An email had been sent to us facilitating our arrival. A packet had been prepared for us and left in a location we found and we simple 'let ourselves in'. No formal check - in was necessary or required. The outdoor pool was very clean and inviting. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the grounds impeccable. "
