Was told it was because we were next to a smoking room but they couldn't move me due to no availability. Parking was fine, but there was a person not in her right mind walking back and forth in the parking lot. The room was dirty (dog treats on the floor in the bathroom, brown smears in the bathtub, hair on the sheets and floors). The bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable; you could see the springs through the mattress where it was sunk in on the sides. No breakfast, just coffee. Will NEVER book there again."

"Located near a busy street. Very noisy when sliding doors open, but can’t close as the SC was blasting cold air and couldn’t be adjusted. Stayed for 2 nights, couldn’t sleep . Everything is kind of old , including the faucet in the bathroom which- the water was just trickling, hard to wash hands"
