"We were stayed after a day at Guadalupe Mountain NP. Monica at the front desk was great. Told us the best place to park that is close to our room. Even checked on us within an hour to ask if everything was ok with the room. Gym was well equipped for people that can handle heavier weights. We plan to stay next year when we visit the mountain again."

"They are remodeling this location so there was a big roll off dumpster and construction materials taking up about1/4 of the available parking but the 3 rooms that my family stayed in were very nicely done. "

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. From the lobby being so clean and beautifully decorated to the staff being really friendly and informative, to the room as soon as you walk in it smells amazing and the room is very clean, the first hotel I see have lotion. We had no issues while staying there and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay there! "

"AC was set at 61when I arrived but was easily adjusted to my comfort. The room smelled wonderfully of peppermint! Most of these older hotels can’t get rid of the bad odors. I also love that the floor is not carpeted that’s another way to get rid of bad odors. The young man who checked me in was very accommodating."

"We interacted with a few staff and they were awesome. The room was very spacious. It has everything we needed. We were late going to breakfast but they let us eat whatever was left instead of being strict about the time. "
