"The rooms were good. The cleaning wasn't. It took 3 days and me moving the trash to the middle of the floor to get emptied. They didn't sweep or make the bed. The only thing done was replace the 2 towels I used."

"This felt more like staying with the family than a motel. The lady at the reception was the kindest I've met in all my travels. To the point of sharing her home-made lunch and asking a solo traveler to call her from their long onward drive to feel less alone. The room was very spacious and very clean. It rained so we didn't get to enjoy the pool area but it all looked clean and very enticing. It was very conveniently located and not having to drive after the bat flight programme in Carlsbad Caverns was very welcome. I would definitely stay again!"

"Adequate breakfast selection. Friendly desk staff. Spacious room. Only 4 stars because we had a ‘handicapped’ room on the second floor and no working elevator. But we got a tub and were able to soak."

"The stay was great. Bed was good. I have a bad back from a two story fall so for me to say any bed is exceptional but my own will be a stretch but I didn’t hurt, hips Mor, back so it’s a good thing! Breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the eggs, bacon and waffles. The friendliness of the staff was TERRIFIC. The upstairs hallway by the elevator has a very weird wet smell but the room smelled great. Our room has a little weird room but they said it might put a kitchen or pull out bed. We called it our Yeti room. We would definitely stay again."
