"I liked the location, my room, and the pool area. However, my room key that was supposed to work to give me access to and egress from the gated parking never worked and I had to press the help button every single time. They opened the gate fairly quickly, but when you pay $29 for each day for parking, I should not have had to deal with this malfunction, wondering if I would get stuck. I also encountered a delay in checking out when the only person present at the counter was entangled in a lengthy endeavor with another party, but completely ignored me and failed to inform me that it would be ok to just drop the keys in the key box until much later."
