"The website indicated self-parking at the hotel. but upon check-in, they demanded $12 per night. The hotel employee was rather rude about it and offered no other options. (Such as nearby street parking.) Spotted empty alcoholic beverage containers littered on the hotel grounds."

"When I first arrived, they told me my booking was cancelled, so they couldn't find it. Eventually, they found it. The room was nice, one night we needed blankets there were all out.
