"We booked the Hotel for one night because we wanted to do a trip to Tortuguero with a boat from Moin. Because I got sick we didn't end up going and stayed at this place for 3 nights. When we first got there, we were confused because there are two Hotels with very similar name: a "Hotel Playa Bonita" and this place "Hotel Boutique Playa Bonita". This Hotel does not have a sign with the name anywhere and the building we stayed in actually said "Maribe". But the very nice lady at the front desk...

"HOSTEL SAID THEY DIDN'T TAKE RESERVATIONS FROM EXPEDIA??? Booked a bed in the dorm and when I arrived the hostel told me they only take reservations over whatsapp even though I had a confirmation for my two night stay booking on expedia. They then said that they had a bed I could book for 3 times the cost that I had reserved on expedia. I would have gone somewhere else but the Easter weekend is super busy in Costa Rica and EVERYWHERE was fully booked. After a bunch of angry conversations I got...
