"Upon arrival to the hotel we were welcomed by a rat in the main lobby. Staff didn’t seem this was a big deal and kinda ignored it. Coffee shop was out of certain milk and lids for our hot coffee cups. The Bautista was incredibly apologetic and handled the situation with a great customer service skill. Having breakfast at the restaurant, felt like the waiting staff was not that much attentive, maybe working short staffed or just tired, almost halfway through the meal we needed to ask for water , and few small things that were missing or needed attention that unfortunately were not recognized by the wait staff. Otherwise the stay was fair. Nice property with a fun pool. Calm . "

"One of the best and amazing motels in Encinta California!!! I had a very late check in and was taken care in the most respectable and friendly manner. I had too add another day because i loved the whole trip. The beach is 5mins away...the view from room was beautiful!!! No doubt i shall return for another amazing time!!"

"Great location and clean, refreshed room. There was a lot of construction going on (no elevator, lobby closed, downsized breakfast, workers everywhere). Once complete it will be nice, but it was surprising there were no advisories when booking the hotel considering there are no rooms on the ground level and no elevator access for a month. "
