"We could not access the hotel with the code we were given to enter the place. Check in was from 3pm. When we called at 3.30pm we were told it would be 4pm. At 4pm, we still couldn’t get in so called again and told to get another hotel at our own expense. The photos also do not look like how the hotel ..."
