Karens presence was felt through her kindness working with us through unexpected expedia errors, taking our breakfast orders and especially through the cleanliness of all spaces on the property. Luna is a great furry friend to run to if she is around. We are grateful to have other wonderful guest sharing this space and enjoying the NHL playoffs in the living room. What i cherish most about Karen and the other great people she happily welcomes in was their genuine concern and loved show towards my attire during our night walk. I am truly blessed. "Lovely older building with a new modern look and amenities. Our room was beautiful with serene views amidst the winter landscape. The lobby/lounge was warm and welcoming. We booked a hydrotherapy session and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room. The food was amazing at the restaurant and the service was on point. The resort itself is quite remote, but during an unexpected winter storm it was the perfect retreat. "
