Nice older property a few minutes walk from the cathedral, tapestry and a good selection of restaurants and bars. Be aware no air conditioning and you have to pay to park in the driveway.

Wonderfully warm place. We were greeted late after a delay to our ferry by the owners with a lovely welcome (including from their gentle dog Hunter). Shown to our fantastic room, pass some amazing photos and artefacts from D-day. Our room was great. A superb blend between a brand new modern bathroom and chic traditional French. With a view of the sea we gently drifted of to sleep in the comfortable beds. Oh, nice touch was that Paul had tuned the channels to the English ones on the...

Our stay at Le Clos St Jean was wonderful! Caroline and Laurent are friendly and warm, and they take good care of the property and their guests. I was blown away by the beauty of their place. The fresh, warm croissants, pastries, bread, yogurts, cheese, and fruit, along with the local juices and jams, made for a wonderful breakfast. I only wish we would have had more time to spend relaxing in their lovely space. If I find myself in Normandy again, I will definitely have to stay here another...

A wonderful lodge for the last night in France 🇫🇷 we wish we could have stayed longer. My children loved the little hide away bedroom and the roll top bath. Clemence offered an excellent dinner recommendation at a local craft beer tap room. The food was divine! As was the beer. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great property at a good price in excellent location. Owners were very polite and helpful. Including allowing early access. Just back from beach with great walks along beach or seafront and near to cafes.

A quiet, well-being, professional, horse loving retreat from the demands of our busy life around London. The views, room, healthy locally sourced meals and care in presentation are a delight. Highly recommended as a time for Oneself. The Spa and Salt water pool were an integral part of our relaxing time here. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Vanessa and Jean-William of, Le Haras d'Havetot

Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.

Really pleasant stay in a very comfortable room.

A superb boutique period property set back from the hustle and bustle of the street but just a few metres from it. The rooms were much larger than anticipated - our ‘yellow’ room was essentially a suite with two separate bedrooms for example. A great little courtyard outside and a fantastic breakfast setting with a well-stocked basket of fresh pastries for each table every day. We really enjoyed this place - a gem of a find.
