"Enjoyed the stay outside of 1 elevator out of service on our end of hotel. Had to man handle luggage 3 flights of stairs as only 1 elevator was tied up as well as luggage carousel. "

"We have stayed at this property many times over the last nearly 3 decades. We realize that this property is undergoing a renovation which is timely. We did not see any evidence of the ongoing renovation while we were there so not sure if it has started. We did not stay in a renovated room if there were any available. Upon check in, Morgan greeted us in a very professional manner and checked us in to Room 239. We went to Room 239 opened the door and immediately the smell of cigarette smoke...

"The state was very good very friendly staff only complaint I would have is the toilet being so low down to the floor This need to be upgraded to something higher. I could imagine the elderly people having an issues sitting on the toilet. "

"The only thing I really didn't like was that the showerhead came off the wall. It made me wonder if there was a camera because you just seen a black hole. Other than that the staff was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the water was HOT just like i like it. I would stay again, but would make sure the showerhead stays mounted to the wall"

"I had a comfortable and convenient stay, although the pillows could have been more comfortable. All the staff were very helpful. I only had a little attitude incident with the staff who came at 11:06 to ask me when I was checking out, even though I was already packed and brushing my teeth."
