"Hotel was clean. They are currently doing some construction, but there was no work being done while we were there. There is no elevator, so if you are unable to walk up steps request a room on the first floor or do not make a reservation here. Check in was quick."

"I just love this hotel! You feel like you are a guest in someone’s home. I have the pleasure of staying there twice a year for business. The staff is so great! They are so accommodating and nice to deal with. Christina Gray is wonderful for dinner. The food is great and the atmosphere is very intimate."

"Room carpet and couch stained. Missing trash bags, was told they do not use them anymore. Breakfast good, standard hotel breakfast with choices. Pool freezing cold, told it was heated and hot tub broke. Staff professional and helpful. Location great, close to museum. Mattresses do not have waterproof mattress covers, mattress had large stains . "

"Booked a room online through expedia a month in advance but once I got there to check in found that they had canceled my reservation in their system due to them overbooking. There was no management onsite to help and the guy at the front desk tried to help but efforts fell short. I cannot review anything past the lobby due to not making it past the front desk. I was a couple states from home with myself and 2 young doughters."

"Our stay was okay but on our last night, the hallways were so loud with people. I had to make a noise complaint at 2am. I heard a security guard walking the hall around 4am. I finally fell asleep after that but had a 5am wake up for a dance competition. When I told the front desk at checkout, they basically didn’t care. I have a long day ahead of me and need to drive home tonight after no sleep last night."
