"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Excellent service and hospitality in a wonderful old castle on top of the hill. The city square offered the best pizza-place and evening entertainment in the square with cover band playing ABBA-hits. We will definitely come back and visit again!"

"We loved everything about our stay here. The staff and Barbara went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Luca, the chef came around during dinner chatting with the tables. The farm to table style of dining was unique and always delicious. We loved the mountain trails to explore the landscape and the views are spectacular. "Staff was excellent, but the main reason I wanted to stay there was because I thought it had an onsite bar and restaurant (which it did, but we were discouraged from using). The hotel was still in a state of disrepair (maintenance crew and noise). Because it was so new, there weren't many people there, which was a bummer. I was hoping for a little bit of a social scene."

"After a curious approach. The owner met us there and showed us around. It was a very quite, beautiful mountain apartment. Details outdoors were evident and comfort inside was great. This is just a peaceful beautiful place which capped of our italian tour perfectly. To return i would stay at least 3 nights. It is worth it. The area is stunning with many things to do"
