"The hotel’s onsite restaurant was closed, which initially left us in a difficult situation. However, the staff kindly confirmed the chef’s availability and arranged for us to enjoy the dishes we wanted at another restaurant’s table. I was truly impressed by the hotel’s hospitality."

"We had a great stay. We found the staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean and inviting. The only matter I would like to suggest is that when the guest arrives, if they haven't been to the area before that you advise them of the local transport in the area (pick up bus in Lake Street) and how you can easily get around with the bus."

"Lovely hotel in an excellent location Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is adequate although a bit monotonous with the same menu everyday -discontinued the porridge after 2 days which my elderly father had for breakfast but otherwise would highly recommend it."

"Clean room, comfy beds, great amenities. Overall great hotel for our family kids loved it. Buffet breakfast is extensive, however there’s isn’t any whole food or sourdough options. And the GF selection is dismal and disappointing. So we all had tummy aches from the food. Stick to the fruit. "
