"Our whole stay was lovely. The rooms are clean neat and comfortable. The location of Crystalbrook Flynn is perfect. So central. Overlooks the water. Close to the night markets and a quick walk to the pier. The downstairs ambience is fun and inviting. Even had late check out to work with our flights. 5 Stars to everything"

"Fabulous hotel to relax and explore the Cairns area. Plenty to enjoy on resort and food offerings are great value with good sized portions. We travelled in winter and there are covered walkways between most of the buildings to keep you dry in rain. Great sized family pool with big screen showing kids programs"

"Convenient location, lot of off street parking, although surprised to find out on arrival it cost $20/night, room needed general maintenance - one of the light bulbs in bathroom blown; toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Unless you are from a very cold region take your trackies as room very cold even with aircon off in room."

"The property was quite nice! The cooling system was inconsistent from room to room in the two bedroom apartment. It was not able to be regulated by the thermostat. Otherwise we loved the apartment and the facilities. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful."
