If it's your first time travelling during COVID-19, you'll notice a few more restrictions and rules in place. Follow these tips and make your trip to Cape LaHave Island go off without a hitch:

• Before committing to anything, check if any travel restrictions apply — in both your origin and destination. Get up-to-date information by checking government travel advisories.

• Separate any food you have for X-ray scanning. Food items often set off the alarm. Placing them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA officer to handle and inspect your belongings.
