"Staff was very courteous. It was an easy check in. The room was satisfactory. The bathroom is outdated - very rusty heat rad - no safety bars for the bathtub. The fridge was not clean - the freezer was so bad you could not open it and something had been spilled in the fridge making it very sticky. I did a quick wipe before using it but needs a real good cleaning. Double beds were more like 3/4 beds. Comfortable and clean. It served the purpose as a place to sleep during our stay. "

"Unfortunately the check in was problematic as we did not have a cottage as expected on our first night and there was disturbance from other guests at our drive up room in all fairness we were put in a separate cottage the remaining 2 nights which made the stay more convenient A deep cleaning of the facility would be highly recommended Shelburne area was beautiful and central to our visit to a lot of the local beaches , towns and tourist attractions"
