The desk clerk told me I should contact Expedia (which I already did) and the hotel would issue a credit. I am very busy and planned to follow up on this tomorrow. "Very nice young lady at the front desk. Had a nice conversation with her. The gym was small but suited my needs. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to go in. I would definitely stay again. Maybe on my way home."

"The staff a great, our room was spacious and clean.the hotel in general was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue I had was I booked thru hotels.com and got the queen suite that said it was equipped with washer and dryer. It wasn’t only the king suites are. So traveling with a toddler that made it a bit more complicated then we wanted. Again it wasn’t the hotels fault but the site I booked from. "
