"We stayed one night at this hotel, during our stay a kids soccer team was in town. They spent the night running in the hallway, blasted music , slamming doors, and screaming. We called the front desk on many occasions, they did nothing to solve the problem. Another guest threatened to call the cops to make them stop. We booked this hotel because it has the pool, but it was not clean. "

"Let’s start with the postive: Great location and love that there are phone chargers in the room Now for the negative: When we got ready for bed, I pulled the comforter down to get in the bed. On the underside the comforter was dirty with black dirt on it. I called the front desk and there was no apology issued, I was told I would have to come down to the front desk to retrieve a new comforter. I was in my pajamas at that point and told the desk clerk. He said he couldn’t leave the front desk since he was the only one there. Even though just 10-15 mins prior he was down the hallway doing something for another guest when I walked in. I ended up having to go down to the front desk in my pajamas to get the new comforter myself. Yet still no apology. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past several years but this time will definitely be my last. After seeing that I felt like the whole room was dirty and not cleaned well. "

"Never accept a room at the 1st floor. People are loud coming and going and we were awakened every night by loud conversations in the Lobby which included staff. There is no sound barrier. Room 109 is the worst. Breakfast was good. Coffee after 12pm lukewarm, cold by the evening. But great cookies..."

"The rooms were clean as usual. The staff was great general manager went above and beyond to take care of a minor issue, but I will give this five out of five stars every time."

"The hotel smells fowl. Not sure what I was smelling but it stunk. Maybe just a weird musty odor? The bath tub was gross and the shower rod was all jacked up. On a positive note, the TV worked, It was in a good location, only $80 and the bed was more comfortable than it looked."
