"The location is great, right on the beach which is definitely the best part of this hotel. However, the overall experience was just okay — nothing that really wowed me about the room. One thing that stood out was seeing a rat outside the back door near the beach bar area, which was concerning. I also saw a rabbit in the bushes, which I thought was unusual for a beachfront property. Parking became very congested once the weekend crowd arrived, which made it a bit frustrating coming and going. Overall, the location is the biggest plus, but the property and amenities could definitely use some improvement."

"The hotel was great, the elevators are pretty slow. There was also a incident in front of the hotel which had the street blocked off and I couldn’t return to the hotel for several hours."

"Bed had visible dog hair covering it. Tub wouldn't drain. Breakfast bar had spoiled milk on it and was told it's not spoiled. Manager lied saying he would compensate me for my daughters allergic reaction to all the dog hair. Never received that. No waiting area. Cleaning staff took 8 hours to clean my room. I left at 9a and came back at three still was not cleaned. Then I had to sit by the front desk because the property has no where you can sit for my room to be cleaned. Manager rolled eyes at my children for asking for tissue when one day they just decided to not clean the room without prior knowledge "

"Sheets & towels were very dirty. This hotel is not really a hotel anymore it’s is transient housing. The furniture/room layout is very poorly thought out so you can’t use the table and couch but still access the bed and the table in the bathroom makes it hard to open the bath room door. Half the electrical outlets done work, hair drying won’t shut off without tripping the gcfi function, the main light in the bathroom would flicker making it useless, the walkways are painted concrete which is peeling badly but when wet it’s very slippery and there are no signs. Just all around not a well run or clean property. Should be closed down."
