Why this Hotel is only 3 star is beyond me. It merits 4 star for everything..Yes . it does not have a formal bar or restaurant, but if you want a drink just ask at reception and they bring you whatever you want. Breakfast in the main ballroom ( as it once was in the jazz era ) The staff are endlessly polite and helpful. This was the fourth time we have stayed here. 5 mins walk from the centre of Juan les Pins in a quiet area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb room with tiny balcony, absolutely quiet at night. Sensibly early breakfast with vast choice. 3 flights of stairs only drawback for the infirm. Have stayed in many places in Antibes and Juan and this has the best character of any hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor which was huge and well equipped although the kitchen equipment was minimal - enough for basic meals but it was nice to be able to prepare a meal a day and have our own cold drinks. The views were fantastic and we had a huge balcony with loungers and table/chairs which got the sun in the morning then was shaded for the rest of the day, so we spent a lot of time there chilling out. Dear Carlton Cannes Team, I booked a room for my wife's birthday surprise. We were welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel, from reception to the room service. Everything was done with great thought and we felt really well looked after. We would like to say a big thank for making this special occasion extra special, ballon in the room, cake and welcome drinks- The hospitality and care deserves appreciation. We will be back soon!!

The hotel was great overall and a good base for touring the coastal towns. Excellent staff who were always ready to help with our stay. No matter which member of staff we met from the room maids to the reception, bar and restaurant staff, all greeted us with a smile and a bonjour! Cannes is certainly the place of the beautiful but that doesn't just end with the people. I stayed here with my husband on an all too short break. Did my homework and it certainly paid off. The Five Seas provides laid back luxury in a fantastic boutique setting. It's design oriented but in no way pretentious. i took my sister to Juan Les Pins to this hotel to celebrate her "special" birthday, she had worked there 42 years ago so it was a small trip down memory lane. hotel upgraded us to Suite room everything was lovely we couldn't fault the hotel at all. we had a wonderful time and will definitely go back.

Great central location Optimum price quality balance

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The room was spacious and very tastefully decorate. It's on the hill (mountain?) and the whole surrounding is very tranquil. Helpful and friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were in town for the half marathon and this ended up being right near to the race start. We were also allowed a late check out, so we could shower and change after the race. The swimming pool was a real bonus.

Fantastic location with views over the harbour entrance on the east side of the city. A converted seminary with a beautiful chapel that helps instil a sense of calm. Breakfast on the terrace, with views out over the bay, was a wonderful way to start the day. But book in advance if you want to enjoy lunch or dinner in the sensibly priced restaurant with its delicious menu.
