"Staff was very helpful and nice. When we checked in the printer had no ink so had to initial almost a blank piece of paper. The first room bathroom floor had dirt and hair all over it. They switched us to an upgraded room which was great. The bathtub was stained and gross. The drain was clogged. The tv remote worked to change the channel but not to turn the tv on and off or volume control. The pool and hot tub area was good but never had any towels. The exterior of the building is really rough and the side door to the hotel did not have a working lock so was always open. Breakfast was very limited so we had to go eat out every morning."

"Room was dingy. Sinks and tub didn’t drain. No grout in the floor tiling. Hair in the tub. Staff was friendly and helpful but the place needs an overall facelift and a good scrub. "
