Very good value for money. Clean apartment. Quiet, confortable beds, good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Kitchen eirh useful amenities.

staff were helpful during checkin and very nice to be able to park in a secure area. sncf station is not far and there are plenty of dining options around. promenanade is walkable as well. rooms were clean, comfortable. there is a balcony from the room breakfast was nice. baguette, croissant, juice, apple, coffee/tea. breakfast is served rather than a buffet. good deal overall and might stay longer next time

No public transportation close by. Not far from train station but not convenience if you have a big and heavy luggage. No elevator but staffs so helpful to support you. Staffs are so friendly and grateful. I stayed in single room, all completed in room.

The size of the apartment is decent, it's equipped with a few things (kettle, microwave, stove, fridge,vacuum cleaner, cutlery, pots and a few plates). The air conditioning is old and not strong enough for August heat, unfortunately. There's only one unit for the whole apartment which would be all right if it worked properly. Make sure you check for shower gel, soap, tea and coffee, as well as the TV remote in case you need it. If you don't find them, ask for them. The parking lot is really tight, but it is closed and safe. It's a good place for visiting Cannes for a longer stay, we were just in transit. The director/receptionist who checked us out was very kind.
