We had a very nice stay at the property. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location- excellent! In the heart of the city, still quiet at night. As other people have mentioned, it would be helpful to have beach towels available and towel change, as well as a cleaning service at least every 3 days, but we have done our research so it was not be a disturbance.

Tiefgarage sehr eng mein auto (eklasse) hat nicht ins parkplatz gepasst. Ein vw golf oder ähnliches würde passen was größer ist passt auf keinen fall ind die tiefgarage. Die wollen das du zimmer sauber abgibs aber sauber bekommst du es nicht. Ansonsten lage ist top.

We stayed here for 6-7 nights. The location is great, nearby major private beaches and great hotels/ restaurants/ shops. If you are coming with a bigger car, you may have a hard time parking it in their garage, but you can definitely look around and park it somewhere else if you prefer that way. Our room was really quiet, air conditioned, clean and we were resting well. The only “problem” in our room were the entrance doors - they were opening really hard as they required some maintenance, but we didn’t mind it too much. All in all, a pretty fair value for money.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das Parkhaus ist klein, vom Boden bis zur Decke ist jetzt nicht hoch. Mit einem SUV muss man aufpassen, dass die Kofferraumhaube nicht an die Decke knallt. Die Kaution muss auch nicht sein. Das ist ja so schon teuer in Frankreich. Das Zimmer wird auch nicht gesäubert, nur gegen Aufpreis, sowie frische Badetücher.

Zuerst was gut war: Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Was nicht gut war: Am 3. April war ich in der Sauna und ein Typ hat mich komisch angestarrt, das war sehr unangenehm. In der Nacht vom 3. auf den 4. April war es in den Nachbarzimmern leider sehr laut. Zum Glück die andere Tage könnte ich gut schlafen.

Second time we have stayed here and excellent both stays. Staff are very helpful and polite.Room was a good size and sofa bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place as it is 150yds from the sea front.

Das Appartmenthotel ist sehr gut zwischen Rue d'Antibes und der Croisette gelegen, direkt hinter dem Hotel Carlton. Man kann eigentlich alles gut zu Fuss erreichen, es gibt auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Traiteur, Bäcker) in der nächsten Umgebung und ein gutes Service (Frühstück, Getränke, Snacks) vor Ort.
