"The pool was the whole reason we booked here through Hotels.com… we got in from driving 11hrs from Vancouver and kids went to the pool to blow off some steam… pool was shut down as we walked in due to being over used and under maintained… there was about 12 people in the hot tub and 10 going down ..."
