Beauty of property and room. The host was amazing and great with communication. The only issue is the elevators were not working and the property is quite large so a bit of a maze to find everything.

My husband and I loved the small suite we rented it was cozy and perfect for the two of us. I would recommend this rental to my friends and family. Easy location for getting around Canmore for shopping. Parking underground is beneficial however when you drive a pick up truck parking can be a challenge

Tough to get a hold of owner when code wouldn’t work on the garage. Luckily the front desk gave us one that worked but we had to go through the garage every time, even on foot. Very cute room, was clean and location was great. Overall a great stay!

Elevator wasn’t working the entire time. I didn’t realize that we would be climbing 6 flights of stairs each time we came/went. We are seniors and this was difficult for us. I feel like there should be a discount for this big inconvenience.

Avoid like the plague

Terrible stay. Will never go again to this place. Over charged and under delivered, overwhelming amount of useless communication about how to get to the property and into it, with not a single mention of the elevator being out of order since March 3, 2025 and the five flights of stairs needed to get to your not well marked room. The fact that this “hotel” that sounds like Hair followed by BNB is listed on hotels.com is aggravating- I am looking for a hotel on this app not what I got conned into. The fact that they falsely claim this is an apartment is an absolute disgrace. Their listing is very confusing and very deceptive. Avoid this rip off and stay at a known name hotel and save your $$.

Definitely was not what was advertised was quite disappointed, the room didn’t have a balcony, nor did it have a smart TV just a lil dinky one, the bed was not a king but two smaller beds pushed together. Also the parking if you don’t get there early enough you may or may not get a parking stall cause there are not assigned spots and you’ll end up parking outside on the street. Wouldn’t come back and would recommend staying else where.

Clean comfy, good bed and decent facilities. Provided tea but sadly no coffee. Had a few issues with access codes but owner resolved promptly and i believe it was a buildong issue as opposed to owner issue.
