" Stay there overnight for a medical appt as we are from out of town Hotel and property very clean Staff friendly Building and parking lot extremely dated and I'm sure the property will be flipped for future condo developments which is the rage in Canmore right now. I was frustrated that they have streaming service remotes etc. on site but do not offer any streaming services capability and the cable tv connection was poor. Volume and picture constant interruptions while trying to watch Property should remove ROKU devices from rooms if not providing streaming services Telephone also did not work"

"Very good location within 20 minutes walk to main street, ave. Room was extremely clean and convenient, perfect staff, very good beds. Basically we don't have any other comment. BTW, morning caffe in main, official area was excellent."

"We stayed two nights, five people. The pull out couch was not comfortable. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out. The room was clean no complaints there. We also had to ask for more towels. Five people need five towels, five washcloths and five hand towels. The breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent! The only complaint is that it was shut down at ten. Take out containers should be provided in my opinion since not everyone wants to eat shoulder to shoulder with complete strangers and it was crowded. The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide and again, no towels to be found anywhere even though we asked at pool side and at the front. Overall it was a nice place to stay. "
