Two complaints, however. 1) Wi-Fi is available in lobby only, unless a daily fee is paid. 2) There is no ice available anywhere on site until the frig in your room cranks it out. We thought both issues were nickel/dimey and ridiculous for such a nice facility."

"We had a great stay at Chateau Canmore. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were very helpful when we had questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was breath taking. We were so happy we chose to stay in Canmore where it is less busy and a more relaxed environment."

"Had access to a pool, but the hot tub wasn't operational at the time. We had a jacuzzi in the room so that wasn't an issue. Fill time on the tub was quite fast as well. Room layout was a bit weird, but nothing challenging. The room was HOT. Set to 30 when we walked in. Turned it down and opened small windows. Note said A/C wont turn on if less than 12C outside and use fans. Room stayed at 25C. Front desk was no help on this. The games room for the building was better than expected and we were...
