Property wasn't helpful with local transport arrangements, had limited breakfast options, staff lacks hospitality experience and on asking for water they first tell you rates, rather than providing it first
Not a four star property, only room and location is good , breakfast is very bad with only 1 or 2 choices, there is foul smell in hotel all over , kitchen service is very poor and if u get something from outside to eat they wont give u cuttlery , would never come here again

The hotel was ok in terms of facilities. However the way they treated the customers was absolutely pathetic. We reached late and tired (their number was not working to give a prior information). When we reached the hotel, the temporary staff at reception in night shift treated us bad in a really inebriated condition. Their behaviour was completely rude and we will never ever book again here.
Pathetic is the right word. Hotel is very poorly maintained and managed.Please don't recommend this property to any one and don't even keep it on the portal as a choice. For the price it is selling it's not at all worth it. They are actually cheating people and harrassing I would say by giving such a horrible service. I can bet OYO stay would be much better than this place. Rooms are so badly maintained and even the staff is below average from reception ,room service to house keeping.Lifts are so stained all over like goverment hospitals. You actually have to think twice before entering. They don't even check the rooms before checking in any guests. We were 4 families all our rooms had urine dried stains all around the toilet seats. Room walls also had dirty stains around, bedsheets were in horrible condition and the chair had dirty stains on it. The person will think twice before sitting on the chair which are kept in the rooms. I am sure they are not dry cleant from the time they have been bought. Staff is not trained at all I don't know how and who has rated this hotel 3&4 star. It's not even worth a single star. Only 2 tea bags ,coffee sachets and milk small tubs in the room and thing extra they tell the guest to order it from room service. When you call the room service the answer that I got was unbelievable - Call after half and hour please. On top of that they don't want the guest to get food from outside. I saw so many guests checking out in anger before schedule.WORST
