We were able to enter the apartment/condo style suite with ease, beautiful small pool to be by in the evenings, and lots of areas to walk around in. Easy to drive to main strip where the stores are. Hotel had a very attentive and friendly agent to communicate with via Whats App, who ensured our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. Thank you Rafael and staff.

Here's the good news: the internet worked and the pool that belonged to the larger complex was great. BUT the AC in the bedroom was not working the first night, 2 enormous cockroaches (it was suggested that I squish them or go buy roach killer) that would come and go through the holes in the walls and the drains in the bathroom, microwave not working, shower not working (water spitting out of a few holes--I had to wash my hair in the sink), spotty hot water, foul smell coming from bathroom drains, huge leak under the kitchen sink making a continuous puddle on the floor, sparse amenities (literally one dish towel, one ancient sponge, one ripped tea bag, a hand soap dispenser with hardly any soap in it, no way-finding or neighborhood info, an annoying sign that says what it will cost you if you make off with one of their towels), fine that it's a simple space but all the cabinets and walls are shabby, then the electricity went out completely (just their two side-by-side rentals--not any other units in the neighborhood) so no AC, ability to charge devices, and no running water. My contact was communicative and responsive and essentially dealt with each problem as they arose, but the problems were far too extensive for that to make much of a difference in terms of this review. Also, way over priced for what it is. And the "local beach" is literally a tiny strip of sand between two huge resorts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I liked that this unit had a washer/dryer and the detergent was provided. I also liked the bottled water set up in the kitchen. Great location!

Cozy house

Cozy little house a few min away from the beach. Good and quite area in zona hotelera. Great communication with the host. A great place for a calm week and in Cancun. Pretty pool area, with loads of greenery, perfect for yoga and meditation.

The house was nothing like the pictures on their website. It was in bad bad conditions. It had a very strong bad scent in the rooms. We were so uncomfortable using the sheets in the room cause of the strong smell of BO. Also, there was no hot water. To top it off our flight left at 5:40 and the property manager texted me saying I needed to leave before 12 am. Couldn’t leave my luggage’s any where in the property. Horrible service wouldn’t recommend this for anyone. I took my whole family and was so embarrassed

Very nice. Good location. Didn't have balcony we were expecting. Couldn't contact our local rep as our cell phones don't work there, but he came every week so we were OK. Pool area wonderful.
