This property was not as it was advertised. The all inclusive amenities were limited, the drinks were terrible and the food was average. Good luck trying to get reservations to the restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and were only able to get a reservation on the 4th and 5th night. So the previous nights we were stuck eating at the buffets. There are restaurants that don’t require reservation but you’ll be waiting hours to be seated. The pool area is nice but the cabanas are NOT included in the all inclusive. I’ve stayed in various all inclusive resorts and typically the Bali beds are “free” and only require reservation. Here you’d have to wake up at 7 am to get pool chairs, otherwise you’ll be wondering for hours for a place to sit and enjoy the pool. The staff were not as helpful as you’d hope. Granted, they probably don’t get paid enough. However, as a tourist we should be treated a lot better. Yulissia, the check in receptionist was incredibly rude and very closed off on simple requests made for the rooms. We were traveling with a large family and she was extremely closed off and not welcoming at all. She was the first face we saw and represented the hotel itself. The rooms need an upgrade. Every day we’d find somewhere in the building where there is a leak. The advertisement of this hotel seems as though it’s luxurious and offers many amenities and that’s just false. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and go to another resort.
