Good place to stay short term.
We stayed one night for a layover when travelling. Small room but clean and friendly staff. Pillow was not great for my girlfriend and the water was not very hot for a shower, but other than that good experience. Good, fresh breakfast in the morning!

It was very safe, but don’t permit to bring alcohol in to the rooms. But it was very noisy between the rooms. The shopping it is too far away and very poor option for dining. The transportation it is to expensive and shopping center not walkable. I found bugs in the room!

Título de la reseña: "Una decepcionante experiencia en el hotel" Calificación: ★★☆☆☆ Reseña: Lamentablemente, mi estancia en este hotel no cumplió con mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que entré al lobby, me recibió un olor desagradable que persistía en el ambiente. Esto fue bastante incómodo y no generó una buena impresión inicial. Al llegar a la habitación, me decepcioné aún más. La falta de limpieza fue evidente, con una capa notable de polvo acumulada en varios lugares. Las sábanas también presentaban manchas, lo cual me hizo cuestionar su higiene y calidad. Estas condiciones no son aceptables en un hotel de cualquier categoría. Además de los problemas de limpieza, también encontré que algunas instalaciones necesitaban mantenimiento. Por ejemplo, había una lámpara que no funcionaba correctamente. Estos detalles descuidados contribuyeron a mi sensación general de decepción. Es importante destacar que el personal del hotel fue amable. Sin embargo, los problemas existentes en las instalaciones y la falta de atención a los estándares de limpieza son aspectos fundamentales que no deben pasarse por alto. En general, mi experiencia en este hotel estuvo muy por debajo de mis expectativas. Recomiendo encarecidamente al hotel que mejore la limpieza de las habitaciones y solucione los problemas de mantenimiento.

There was only one chair to sit, it would be nice if they provide an arm chair so that you can sit and watch tv or read a book instead of lying on bed but the room was small to put an arm chair.

Doors and walls are not sound proof but everyone was respectful. Breakfast was included and it was the typical beans and eggs. They also had cereal and coffee and yogurt. Would recommend and stay again in this hotel.

The only thing id like for them to change is have early check in available. But they seem to be strict in 3 pm check in time.i went for a medical procedure and needed to rest but they were strict on 3 pm

Great price and although the room was very basic, it was clean and had everything you need. Staff were friendly and free breakfast was a great extra. The only think I did not like was the lack of balconies or windows that open.

The rooms are small like an Ibis room . There is no safe in the room . The worse aspect is the thin walls and loud halls .Doors slamming all hours of night on weekend .When the doors slam your bed literally shakes . Horrible ! The breakfast is basically the same everyday . No toast , no bagels , no cereals , pathetic serving of fruit , the worse juice I have ever had in Mexico (orange drink ) pancakes or waffles are extra . Remote location . Poor value .

Kind of nice and clean, but small rooms, breakfast scrambled eggs had a bunch of egg shells in it which is disgusting to me, but no big deal. Within walking distance there's no attraction, shopping, or restaurants other than what's in the hotel lobby, so not a super great area.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the ease of access to coffee and water. I sprained my ankle and they were very kind to lend me crutches. They brought me towels at my request and even accommodated for someone to COVID test us before our flight. The service was great and the hotel was clean, they could use a bigger elevator. I was sad i never got to try the pool.
