Good location for what we needed. The staff are wonderful! Shopping, restaurants, taxi's and bus easily accessible. The use of swimming pool from next door is good and towels provided.

Stayed 7 days and overall was a great experience. The staff are amazing. There was a couple things in our room that were loose like the towel rack and was also missing the bedside lights. Not a big deal but would be a easy fix.

The pros: Quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, nice family environment.
The cons: Street parking for vans, breakfast was NO GOOD, need to ask for room service to get it done.

DONT STAY HERE! Bathroom smells like sewage and staff were unhelpful. we asked for someone to come up and help with the smell multiple times, and nobody came up to check the cause. The breakfast is the worst.

Was Absolutly amazing, friendly staff and only problem is that sometimes the cleaners wouldn’t close the door all the way, so the room door was left open, and there was no pool, other then that, it was a great time, I will Definitly be coming back soon

It was fine to stay for 1 night. I'd look for better options for a longer stay. The breakfast offer needs to be improved.

La primera señlra que nos atendió en el front desk no fue muy sincera, le preguntamls si podiamos hacer el check in antes y nos pareció que nos iba a atender y en verdad nos iba a dejar esperando hasta las 3:00 pm y eran las 12:00 pm... si no nos ibas a atender pronto piedes ser sincera y nos dices. Este fue elnunico punto . El resto del staff fue excelente. Y bueno la maquina de hielo esta averiada. Y el extractor del baño no funcionó .

breakfast was really good but the road outside the hotel was smelling of sewage. We had an issue with hot water one night but it was fixed the following day. Overall, a good experience

It's an average hotel with poor service. I ordered room service and after 1 1/2 hour contacted them to ask about my order and they just said that they didn´t have any waitresses or people in the kitchen. When I reached the front desk they apologized and committed to solving it soon, but it never happened, so I passed the night without any food

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. I like there are Mexican breakfast in addition to traditional American breakfast. ado bus terminal is about 15 min walk away.

The mattress has a waterproof cover under the sheet. It was hard and crinkly, couldn't sleep all night. Mattress and pillows were also too firm. Sink was clogged, called someone to resolve however it wasn't able to unclog fully. Breakfast items were emptied by 830, asked three times for refills.
In general everything was fine. No hot water in the shower someday. Breakfast if you came to breakfast at 9, but there was no food left and I had to ask for it to be taken out. Overall it was good
LOCATION WAS FINE. WALKING DISTANTS TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES.

Loved the location, it was easy to access other locations such as the shopping mall which was an 8 minute walk. Staff was super friendly. Food was okay. Room was spacious but the only issue was the door could not be closed all the way for the bathroom.

No pool. You need to implement a variety in breakfast foods. Incorporate pancakes, waffles, cheese, ham or oatmeal.
