"Stayed here couple nights while visiting Jasper. We were not expecting the devastation from the wildfires. But the hotel was very clean and we stayed in the newer wing. Very nice and the staff were great. "

Pretty minuscule complaint……everything else was awesome!"

Excellent self catering suit, neat and clean, great food in the dinning area, wonderful view, very near to both of the main Lakes : lake Louise and Moraine lake. We would love to stay again and advertise to our friends and relatives. We would have booked for more days if the property advertised themselves properly in their website and in social media. "

"We found our room to be pristine, as expected. We stayed 2 nights on either side of our backpacking trip and enjoyed each stay. The staff was very friendly and super helpful when trying to figure out how to get places or where to eat. The only negative thing I can say, and it's more on me, is that on our first night our pillows were thick and firm and my neck was sore the next morning. The 2nd night we stayed, we had thinner, softer pillows. I'm sure if I had just asked, they would have brought me a more comfortable pillow on our first night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again - and hope I get the opportunity to."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon! The pool is small but it has incredible views! There is a bus stop that is included with your stay that takes you into town and other tourist attractions. It also is connected to the hoodoo view point trail. Also the staff was very friendly and loaned us bear spray!"
