Chegamos no hotel muito tarde, fomos apenas passar a noite pois estávamos em trânsito. Fomos mal atendidos e mal orientados em relação aos recepcionistas, as UHs eram adaptadas para PCD, horrível pois o sanitário era alto demais, o chuveiro com cortina. Banheiro adaptado só é bom para quem precisa. Além disso, nenhuma amenidade. Não tinha sabonete no banheiro.

A experiência para animal de estimação não foi boa. Não deixaram tapetinho nem cumbuquinhas como em outras redes. Requeijao e manteiga precisam ser individuais. É antihigiênico a forma como é servido. Pão francês ruim e café de qualidade duvidosa. Gosto de queimado. Frutas picadas muito pequenas , com esse calor ficaram passadas. Mau humor da recepcionista do Ibis que não dá um sorriso para o hospede, inacreditável. Fiquei eu e marido no balcao uns 10 min aguardando atendimento da lanchonete, a recepcionista não se importou. Fui embora sem atendimento

O quarto não tinha os itens básicos para usar e estava com o lençol sujo (não tinha travesseiros, toalhas, sabonete, copos sujos etc..., sempre ficamos nesse hotel duas vezes por ano, essa foi a primeira vez que encontramos nessa situação. O café sempre foi excelente, dessa vez foi uma decepção.

Pernoite de uma noite. Este Ibis Budget é uma excelente opção. O quarto é ultra compacto, mas confortável e funcional. Boa cama de casal, janela a prova de som, AC Split silencioso e otima ducha no banheiro. O estacionamento é no shopping o de o hotel esta localizado. Voce pega o ticket na entrada do shopping, que é validado na recepção do hotel no check out. Atendimento na recepção rapido e cordial.
