Não gostei do Hotel, o banheiro tinha uma cuna dentro do box, tinha que tomar banho extremamente apertado, camareiras não limparam o quarto e a recepção não informou que tinha que solicitar a limpeza, café da manhã bem fraquinho e tinha um rato no telhado de vidro na área de refeição, o elevador era quase impossível de usar, além do estar super lotado, os funcionários também usavam o elevador, dificultando ainda mais o acesso.poucas tomadas no quarto, o estacionamento é terceirizado e o carro fica no tempo. Sinceramente não gostei.

Estadia excelente
Viajamos com a família para visitarmos o Santuário Nacional. O hotel possui uma ótima localização, ficando extremamente próximo ao portão de entrada da Basílica. A equipe realizou um ótimo atendimento, foram solícitos em tudo que fora requerido. O café da manhã estava delicioso.

Não me hospedaria novamente.
Não me hospedaria de novo neste hotel. Nem indicaria para um amigo. Limpeza e uma cama confortável são quesitos importantes para mim. Este hotel não atendeu nenhum deles. Lamentável… Limpeza nota zero, banheiro mofado, quarto sujo. Falta de higiene total no café da manhã, chão do refeitório cheio de comida, mesas extremamente sujas, assim como a louça e utensílios de cozinha. Só deu coragem de comer uma banana (pq estava com casca). Recepção cheira à fritura, a ponto de pegar cheiro na roupa. Estacionamento no subsolo tem cheiro péssimo também, eles guardam lavagem do restaurante para coleta no fim do dia. Tem uma feira de rua na entrada do estacionamento, quase impossível passar, tivemos que pedir para o camelô tirar as mercadorias da entrada do estacionamento para conseguir passar com o carro. Existem outros hotéis na cidade que são mais simples e mais baratos, no entanto são melhores. O ponto positivo é a localização, do lado da Basílica, mas infelizmente não compensa o desconforto de ficar em um lugar sujo e mal cheiroso. Perdão pelo desabafo!
