O pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida, sujo, fedorento, velho, desorganizado e horrível. Três funcionários pra fazer tudo, a mesma pessoa na recepção é quem faz a “limpeza” é quem trabalha na cozinha, lá todos são faz tudo e termina que os coitados não conseguem fazer nada direito, totalmente sobrecarregados. Esse hotel precisa ser acionado na justiça do trabalho e principalmente na vigilância sanitária. Aquele quarto nunca viu uma vassoura na vida, o banheiro sem box, janela sem cortina e um prédio do lado, 0 privacidade. A tv de tudo, nunca tinha visto uma dessas na minha vida e menor que 1 tablet. Um monte de tralhas espalhadas pelo corredor, umas 20 colchões belhos no corredor, em fim nunca voltaremos pra lá, sabíamos que seria um hotel simples, mas simplicidade não é sujeira e imundices. Esqueci de tirar fotos daquele lugar asqueroso e por aqui. Os pontos positivos são a localização, perto de tudo, o café é bom mas comíamos imaginando como deve ser a cozinha, e os funcionários, coitados são as únicas coisas boas desse mausoléu.

Hotel em Baixa!

Lamentável as condições do apartamento. ridículo no tamanho, cabe somente a cama e sem espaço para movimentar-se, um pequeno armário sem porta e sem cabides, tem uma varanda que está inutilizada, pois não tem uma cadeira, o que poderia ampliar o espaço do apt. TV muito antiga e paredes em DryWall. O ar condicionado é novo, mas faz barulho por estar neste tipo de parede. Não existe tomadas, somente a do freezer e no banheiro, como tinha levado uma extensão com três saídas resolvi meu problema. O chuveiro não tem uma cortina, molhando o banheiro todo. Café da manhã razoável para o padrão do hotel. Atendimento do pessoal um pouco "frio", mas dá pra alimentar-se. O piso do apartamento parece que nunca foi limpo, o que considero desrespeitoso para com o hóspede.

Hotel muito bom mas que precisa de melhorias.

Hotel muito bom no geral. Pontos positivos da minha estadia: 1) Proximidade da rodoviária e basílicas 2) Excelente café da manhã para o padrão do hotel. 3) Quartos reformados com ar condicionado. 4) Tv, apesar de pequena, com bom sinal de satélite. 5) Check in rápido e possui elevador. Pontos negativos: 1) Quarto bem pequeno, sem escrivaninhas para colocar objetos a noite. Tem um móvel em que seria possível pendurar roupas mas não tem cabides. 2) Paredes do quarto de dry wall que permite ouvir qualquer barulho externo. 3) Banheiro não possui box ou cortina e na hora do banho fica todo molhado. 4) No quarto que fiquei, 102, a porta do banheiro não fechava porque não tinha nem maçaneta ou trinco.5) Ficamos duas noites no hotel e não foi feita a limpeza do quarto.

Banheiro sem box ou cortina, tv só com imagem (,pedimos ajuda p/recepção que não sabia como ajudar). Quarto muito pequeno, colchão bom, mas travesseiros sem condições de uso (todo embolado - usamos as almofadas. Uma tomada no quarto e outra no banheiro que não aceitavam os cabos dos celulares Café da manhã muito bom. A estadia só valeu por isso)

tivemos um grande desconforto na hora de colocar o carro na garagem, o porteiro nos informou que deveríamos deixar o carro na rua, pois estavam chegando hóspedes os quais deveriam ter privilégio na vaga, não entendi este filtro mas tudo bem, depois de implorar a vaga acabei conseguindo.
