O hotel é muito bonito, porém pessimamente acabado, as instalações e acabamentos são de terceira linha, desproporcional à estrutura do hotel. A piscina é grande e aquecida, muito boa. Porém, toda estrutura do hotel não compensa o péssimo serviço, os funcionários são muito prestativos, mas acho que são mal treinados, gerenciados por AMADORES. O estacionamento do hotel é totalmente anti-prático, dificultando o acesso dos hóspedes e dos próprios funcionários do hotel. As diárias eram para 3 pessoas, mas a terceira cama nunca estava arrumada. Tinha sempre que pedir toalhas extras, pois esqueciam que havia mais um adulto no quarto. O restaurante serviu pizzas frias que com certeza eram de supermercado, Sadia ou perdigão, sem condições de servir algo assim, num hotel dessa classificação. Enfim, uma experiência lamentável.

Primeiramente não é bem um hotel, trata-se daqueles empreendimentos de cotas. O café da manhã é terrível! A logística de entrada e saída de hóspedes péssima, principalmente em razão de um problema estrutural para chegada à recepção e para estacionar, sem espaço adequado sendo uma loucura e movimento constante dos manobristas. O hotel tem uma vista bonita, mas está longe do centro. O quarto é novo, o banheiro é muito bom, mas as comodidades são ruins. A cama é pequena e não é confortável, mesmo com vários travesseiros. Possui TV, mas não há rede, sendo utilizada na função apenas smart. A rede elétrica é 220v e cai constantemente com sons assustadores na queda e retorno da energia, o que impacta no Wi-Fi do hotel. Na região não possui sinal de telefonia, sendo totalmente dependente do Wi-Fi do hotel.

Péssima experiência. Atraso absurdo na liberação do quarto sem compensação no check out. Perderam a chave do meu carro, atrasando a nossa reserva. Café da manhã desorganizado. Infraestrutura boa, mas o serviço não entrega nem 10% do valor cobrado.

Café da manhã começa muito tarde , principalmente para quem tem criança. Percebe-se uma desorganização em alguns aspectos, como lido em outros comentários. Nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia, is funcionários foram atenciosos. Quarto amplo, boa cama e bastante silencioso. Pelo valor, esperava um pouco mais do conjunto como um todo.

O hotel é novo e tem uma estrutura muito boa. Ao meu ver peca somente na rampa de acesso e estacionamento que são muito apertados, mas a equipe de manobristas esteve sempre disposta. A equipe é nota 10. Apesar de certa demora no check in (por ser multi propriedade), todos foram sempre muito atenciosos e solicitos, com destaque para o gerente. O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e limpo. Tem até uma cozinha e o hotel tem um mercadinho dentro. A parte de restaurante é terceirizada, e esse seria um ponto que poderia melhorar. A equipe do restaurante também é muito boa, e a comida do jantar estava gostosa. Mas o café da manhã oferecia itens em quantidades limitadas. Depois que acabavam, não tinham reposição. Então melhor ir cedo tomar café. De resto, muito satisfeito com a experiência.

O banheiro do quarto estava cheirando esgoto. Foi bem ruim passar 2 noites com esse fedor. O chão estava com marcas de botas sujas. Mas o pior foi o serviço de café da manhã. O hotel não estava lotado e mesmo assim não estavam preparados para receber os hóspedes. Toda hora faltava comida, prato, xícara e os talheres nós mesmos tínhamos que pegar num porta talher de plástico que ficava abaixo da escada. Sem contar que os itens eram sempre frios (omelete, salsicha, pão de queijo...)
