The hairdryer didn’t work and then we woke up with Aunt and us in our bed all over my child and myself and they did nothing to help us no refund no change of room no nothing it was the worst day I’ve ever had in my entire life. "Everything was really amazing! The only issue had to do with our neighbors on Friday night that came in late and we're super noisy, playing music loud and talking loud. The next morning they were up around 6-630 am and the same thing. Lots voices and out in the hallway singing and dancing. I don't think we were the only ones to complain either. Not the hotels fault, but it was an issue"
