"Very comfortable rooms in very old building. Spa amenities , I mean sauna and steam room , included in the reservation, and they are excellent, very clean . Location is on the central piazza. Breakfas was excellent. I was very satisfied with service. Parking was not included, but city has free parking lots overnight till 7 AM. I belive hotel offers paid parking on site for about 20 Euro, but we diidn't need it. "

"My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!"

"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"
