"O pessoal do hotel é extremamente gentil, mas as condições do quarto estão bem complicadas. No teto do banheiro havia duas manchas enormes de bolor, uma bem acima do chuveiro e outra na luz da pia. Isso não é aceitável para um hotel nesse valor. Vocês deveriam fechar quarto até arrumar a infiltração. O ar condicionado é silencioso, mas estava vibrando no contato com a decoração e fazia um barulho insuportável a noite toda. E esse foi o menor dos barulhos. O barulho dos corredores foi o pior. Outros hóspedes chegando de noite/madrugada e batendo as portas, que não tem nenhum tipo de proteção. Pedimos ajuda na recepção, mas nada mudou... Até por volta de 1h30... depois às 05h, começou de novo. Foi uma das piores noites da vida. Se você precisa de descansar, vá para outro hotel. Café da manhã bem +/-. A salada de fruta estava passada. "I stayed at this hotel in Pocos de Caldas, and it felt expensive for what it offers. The rooms are large and reasonably comfortable, but there are not enough blankets, and you have to request them at the front desk. There were no bathroom mats either. Even after asking, I was given a towel to use as a mat, which was not comfortable. Cleanliness was only average. Some areas, such as behind the beds and between furniture, were not properly cleaned. Breakfast was okay. During my stay, there was no liquid soap in the women’s restroom, even after I specifically requested it for a couple of times. Another concern was a man outside the hotel who appeared intoxicated and possibly had mental health issues. He had free access to the hotel and intimidated some guests. I was told he was a former owner and therefore allowed unrestricted access, which made the situation uncomfortable. Overall, it’s just okay. For the price, I believe there are better options available, and I would choose a different hotel next time. "
