It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Very friendly staff!

We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

A equipe é muito gentil e se comunicam antecipadamente à chegada ao hotel. O hotel é histórico, mas foi reformado e é adequado para uma boa estadia. Tem boa estrutura para diversão, com piscinas, sauna, sala de ginástica e jogos. Dá para curtir bê a cidade e se divertir um pouco no hotel.

O quarto era bom com ressalva de uma vista apenas para o telhado . Também sentimos falta de um suporte no box do banho para que pessoas idosas possam se segurar e a existência de um degrau do banheiro para o quarto pode causar tombos nos usuários . Hotel com boa localização, excelente cacetada manhã, bom restaurante disponível garagem comppoucas vagas . Hospedou lá por muitos anos e voltaremos.

Infelizmente, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel! O quarto apresentava sérios problemas de limpeza: o frigobar estava sujo e com muito mofo, e o banheiro em condições inadequadas, com vaso sanitário sujo de urina e box com mofo e sujeira acumulada. Eu informei a recepção sobre os problemas no check-out e houve indiferença. A piscina interna é agradável e o café da manhã é bom.

Adoramos a estadia. O quarto e a cama são bem espaçosos. Ficamos no quarto ao lado da rua, com bastante movimento, mas nada que desabone o hotel. O atendimento é especial e a limpeza, impecável. O Sport Bar tem uma gama boa de porções e a cerveja é bem gelada. Ótimas opções de lazer dentro do hotel.

Limpeza boa, conservação do hotel, opções de lazer, piscinas fria e quente, salão de jogos, restaurante do hotel com pratos muito apetitosos, café da manhã excelente.
