Campello sul Clitunno is a municipality in Perugia, located about 6 miles (10 kilometers) north of Spoleto and 28 miles (45kilometers) southeast of Perugia. The “comune” is divided into the Campello Alto on the mountain and Campello Basso below in the river valley.
Campello Basso is the seat of the municipality and the main residential area. You’ll find accommodations, shops and restaurants here. Order crayfish or trout fresh from the river for a real taste of Umbria.
