"Me and my gf stayed 3 nights and it was the best resort we ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the Oceanview single room and it was immaculate. Food was terrific, especially the fresh juices and massive breakfast buffet. The only downside was the lack of entrainment tv options and no ability to stream between your phone and tv.
I strongly recommend this resort if you want to have a 5-star experience."

"The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. Very unpleasant experience: first time in our many trips that we were not allowed to use beach and pools after 6 pm.
The question is: what to do in their hotel after 6 pm considering that the hotel is located 40 min drive to city?
Their entertainment in the evening was also poor.
The food in the buffet was not great. Even the hotel is "all included", the restaurant was not included. guests need to pay extra. The hours of buffet operation were limited: no food after 8:30 pm.
Conclusion: the price (more than 1600 CAD for 8 nights) did not match the quality of the service."
