"Great place to stay, easy walk to old town "

"The area was great. Had a relaxed vibe. Balcony was adorable. Pool was good. Breakfast was average. Loved it although there was something scratching in our floor boards that would wake us up at night. "

"It is only 2 months hotel. Located between the beach and town. You can use the bicycle for free( branch new) . Only 10 minutes to the old town and the beach. Room is huge , clean, and lot of sunshine. Breakfast is order to cook, many selection. And the staff is amazing, helpful and so friendly. Highly recommend!"

"La villa está ubicada en una zona tranquila, pero al mismo tiempo cercana al centro histórico, al cual se puede acceder fácilmente con bicicletas que prestan ahí mismo. La atención del personal es muy buena, son muy amables y colaboran con todo lo que se necesite; inclusive ofrecen tours por la zona y traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Da Nang. Toda la villa es muy aseada, incluyendo la piscina, que es pequeña pero muy amena y relajante. Me volvería a quedar ahí sin pensarlo dos veces."

"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"
