We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

We walked from the hotel to PortSoller which was quite long and hot but lovely and to be recommended. Caught the little tram back to the midway stop by the hotel. There were lots of other walks to do. The restaurant at the hotel was good but the staff there not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. Soller town is very interesting and the Vidal (in the main square) is the place to eat however get a table in the garden at the back.

Staff attentative and friendly. Food was excellent. Wanted peace and relaxation for four days and that was exactly what we got. Can't fault it.

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. We have never met such attentive, kind, funny, lovely staff members before. They truly care for you and made our stay so much more special. The hotel is situated in the centre of Palma but is also very quiet. It is a nice small hotel with only 14 rooms but they are just what you need. We were upgraded on our arrival and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have never known staff like it they were fantastic. The sauna and jacuzzi you hire out for an hour so you can have it to yourself which is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean, have a power shower and a good hair dryer. It's a crisp, clean modern hotel in a quiet location just seconds from a bustling promenade. The beach is great but if it's not for you grab your boots or bike and head for the mountains.

What a gem! Beautifully refurbished hotel. Ultra modern and quirky design. Staff go above and beyond. Great welcome on arrival with champagne and chocolates on a private balcony. Lovely peaceful hotel friendly helpful staff, excellent layout and wonderful views from whatever room you have all seem to overlook the sea/beach/pool, drinks and food are a little pricey. 4.50 Euros for a half litre bottle is frankly absurd, hence why I’d buy bottles from the spa Over the road for less than a Euro a litre. 7 euro for a beer and much more for spirits I think 14 for a gin and tonic, If the drinks prices where a little more reasonable I’m sure more guests would enjoy lovely bars...

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF- Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings -nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent. Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.

Stayed for a couple of nights and the hotel staff were friendly accomdatipn excellent and amenteies first class in such close to proximity to the old town and its restaurants bars and cultural attractions.
