"Breakfast is outstanding. Everyone is very attentive. The grounds are beautiful. The wine is delicious. Everyone at the desk can't be more helpful. It is a bit of a difficult drive-in and out but well worth the effort. The rooms are clean well appointed. The only thing missing is shampoo in the rooms. They give you robes and slippers. I would be very happy to go back there if I ever came back to Sicily."
"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"
"Avevo scelto questa struttura per una piacevole serata in vasca idromassaggio ma purtroppo a meta' livello di riempimento si era gia' finita l'acqua calda nella vasca e pertanto ci si e' provati a restare qualche minuto inutilmente. Mi riservo di chiedere il rimborso."
"This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by.
There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was."
