Very nice. Excellent location for a short break.

The room was clean and had everything we needed with fridge, aircon, great shower, and comfy bed. The outdoor areas are outstanding. We stayed in the Aloe Vera room with a private patio via a spiral staircase from the bedroom. The view was beautiful day and night with shade and sun. The pool and gardens were a haven and so peaceful. The plants, flowers and design were just fabulous with a number of private seated areas. Traveling solo I had a very peaceful 5 days here. I paid for a sea view room which had a large balcony, the room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast choice is terrific, the staff excellent. The outdoor pool is not heated so in May it was too cold for me (a keen swimmer) to venture into it, however it's a good sized pool.

This was an exceptional hotel. There isn't one thing I can say negative about it. Really high end. Looked and smelt great. Food and facilities were fabulous.

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. The room was lovely with neutral coloured furniture and was very clean. There was a fridge with drinks which could be purchased at a reasonable...

Really lovely place by the beach. Warm welcome from the lady who does the housekeeping. Lovely terrace, spacious clean room, with a lovely partial sea view. Good air con. Really handy to have a fridge in the room too! Could maybe do with some conditioner / shampoo, and is a little noisy from the road.

I would recommend this quaint little place to anyone. The breakfast was fabulous.

Not much to criticise really. Pool could have been bigger so you could swim in it. Maybe a gym too. Staff are great. High end appliances in the apartments. Our "partial" sea view was pretty amazing. Sea one direction, mountains the other. Spacious too. Tram stop to Benidorm / Alicante about half a mile away.

Great communications from start to finish. Location is spot on, close enough to the centre but down a side st so quiet enough as well. I don't usually do reviews but felt compelled to write on this time. Do not hesitate to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed.

This was such a suprise hotel - we didn’t realise it had just been open 3 months. Very high standard hotel from the rooms to the public spaces… and the food was excellent. Big call out to Ruben the night manager who was welcoming when we arrived after midnight after a long drive from Biarritz and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were equally helpful and bright. We will be back every year…
